Refund/Cancellation Policy

The website will offer the facility to parents to make student fee payments.

Refunds within 30 days of payment

The parent may request a refund via a support request within 30 days of making payment. This request will be processed by SOFTTHINK Intelligent Solutions. We will contact SOFTTHINK Intelligent Solutions to validate the request and upon successful validation, we will process the refund.

Refunds after 30 days of payment

Any refund requests made after 30 days of payment will be sent for processing to SOFTTHINK Intelligent Solutions. SOFTTHINK Intelligent Solutions will be responsible for issuing those refunds.
