Suparna Saha
Suparna looks after General Administration and Human Resources for SOFTTHINK, leverages the strategic skills of the #1 SOFTTHINK asset - its people - to help each employee find an optimal path, for themselves and the company. She is dedicated to creating a culture that motivates and inspires. This ensures SOFTTHINK makes a positive impact for customers, employees, shareholders and the many communities the company serves.
Sanjib Saha
Sanjib is General Manager - Operation at SOFTTHINK. He is responsible for the alignment of business unit priorities, go-to-market strategies and ensuring operational excellence across the company. He is also responsible for serving the company's large customer and partner base, a reputation for building high-performing teams and long-term, high-yield customer and partner relationships.
Ashish Kr. Ghora
As Head Technology at SOFTTHINK, Ashish is charged with crafting and delivering the technology direction for the company. In his role as the resident technical visionary and strategist, Ashish oversees SOFTTHINK architecture and user experience teams, and collaborates on innovation projects. As the leader of the Technology team, he drives an aggressive roadmap, often works hands-on coding and ensures high levels of customer service and responsiveness to both customer and shareholder needs.
